Can AI make recruiting more human?
We believe it can.
Read our founder, Nic Mahaney’s, statement on how freeing recruiters’ focus can enable humanity—not replace it.
Our vision
Trying to listen while typing 100 WPM. Spending time on candidate summaries instead of doing more screeners.
The way we hire today pulls recruiters in too many directions. They can’t give candidates their full attention. And they can’t talk to enough candidates because they’re spending too much time writing notes.
That’s hurting companies. It’s hurting candidates. And it’s hurting recruiters, who know that if they had more time, and less divided minds, they could find more great fits – unlocking trapped human potential.
We believe that recruiters should recruit, not transcribe. That every recruiter deserves a personal assistant. That AI can make conversations better, not replace them.
Most of all, we believe that we can make recruiting not less, but more human.
An Elly never forgets
We named our AI assistant Elly after our favorite animal, the elephant. Elephants are friendly, with huge ears and amazing memories. They listen closely – and never forget.
