Today is a big day for us at Elly. We’re releasing a huge update to our templates from the ground up with powerful new features to help our customers unlock efficient workflow optimization with more data and better automation.

Here’s a detailed breakdown of what we’re launching and why:

‍Overview:

The AI Template Gallery is a new feature designed to streamline the way we process transcripts and meetings, allowing users to produce high-quality outputs efficiently.

Default Templates

Users now have access to predefined templates instead of just basic default ones. These templates serve as a starting point and can be customized or expanded upon.

Creating New Templates

There are three ways to create a new template:

1. Reverse Engineering an Existing Summary - Recruiters or hiring managers can input a previously used summary, and Elly will generate a corresponding template.
2. Natural Language Prompting – Users can provide a description such as:
   1. "This is an interview for a mid-level engineer at a SaaS company."
   2. "We want to evaluate their background, work experience, and technical hard skills."
   3. Elly will generate a custom template based on the provided prompt.

3. Starting from Scratch - Users can build a template from the ground up.

Using Templates in Meetings

Once a meeting is completed, users can apply templates to generate summaries and notes. These outputs include sections like:

• Introduction and Background
• Candidate Experience in Bullet Points
• Technical Hard Skills
• Problem-Solving and Challenges

Users can modify the applied template post-meeting. For example:

• Selecting a "Generic Entry-Level Candidate Summary" template will reprocess the meeting and generate a new output in under a minute.
• The newly processed summary will feature structured formats such as short paragraphs, bulleted lists, and key candidate details.

Metadata and Candidate Profile Enrichment

This functionality allows users to view enriched metadata, including:

• Previous Company
• Work Experience
• Education Level
• Current and Expected Salary
